Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking acompassionate, pediatric-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join ourdedicated behavioral health team in Reading, PA. This full-time opportunityoffers a balanced 4-day work week-three days from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM and oneextended day from 8 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM-providing both work-life balance andcontinuity of care for patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outpatientpsychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management forchildren and adolescents.
• Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team including therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.
• Maintain accuratedocumentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Engage in care coordinationwith families, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
