A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst who uses data to enhance customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and enhance Tableau and Power BI dashboards for customer insights
Use SQL to extract and analyze data across multiple systems
Partner with stakeholders to define and track key customer and operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
Proficiency in Tableau and / or Power BI, with dashboard design experience
Experience with Salesforce data and reporting
Solid understanding of customer experience metrics like NPS and churn
Familiarity with ETL processes or data automation tools
