• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.\n
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within scope of practice.\n
• Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.\n
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.\n
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.\n
• Computer knowledge.\n
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.\n\nLicense : \n
