Regional Vice President (Western Region)
The Regional Vice President will execute on the strategic goals and vision of the company. Specifically, the role is responsible for revenue growth for the assigned region. This is a highly diverse and visible role that requires the ability to set priorities, multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment. This role requires a high level of analytical, interpersonal and organization skills. Responsible for ensuring operations are within service level agreements. Position will hold regular 1 : 1 meetings with their direct reports, and ensure all managers are also conducting regular 1 : 1s with their employees. Position is ultimately responsible for Regional work product and employee performance. Responsible for hiring, developing, discipline and terminations.

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
Pay Range : $138,041 $230,094
