Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently opening, sorting, and categorizing incoming mail based on specific form types, as well as accurately entering relevant data into our system. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Open, sort, and classify incoming mail and documents based on specified form types.
  • Accurately enter data from mail and documents into the company's database and tracking systems.
  • Ensure all documents are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic approach to processing mail and data entry tasks.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with mail or data entries promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in mail handling, sorting, and data entry roles.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, including database software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
