About Interlachen :
Established in 1909, ICC is recognized as one of the nation's preeminent private, family-owned country clubs. The Club's Donald Ross golf course, most recently ranked #64 on Golf Digest's List of Top 100 Courses in America, has hosted several national and international championships.
We are excited to continue our robust and engaging internship program at Interlachen Country Club for the 2026 season! Located in Edina, Minnesota, and just a few miles west of Minneapolis, Interlachen is defined by a renowned Donald Ross golf course, considered to be one of his finest. Recently renovated in the summer of 2023 by architect Andrew Green, the course now showcases features from the original blueprints, as well as unique elements created to challenge and excite all types of players.
Internships will include daily course and grounds maintenance of the newly restored golf course while understanding the importance of the many agronomical practices we engage in daily. However, education opportunities will be tailored to each person's goals and experience, creating a truly personalized and memorable learning environment.
The goal of our internship program is to challenge each intern to grow both personally and professionally. Upon completing the internship program, interns will be prepared and empowered to advance to the next step in their careers. Students who have previously completed the internship program have gone on to hold top-tier positions throughout the country, as well as management positions within our own team.
