Job Description
Review requests for changes to the recordkeeping system to ensure continued alignment with written plan documentation.
Review plan documents, amendments, or other documentation for adherence to policies and procedures.
Provide clear and concise communication to requestors for NIGO items within established timeframes.
Discuss routine issues with Relationship Managers or Client Services Consultants. Participate in departmental and corporate projects / initiatives.
May require guidance from more senior teammates or management.
Identify procedures, methodologies, and process improvements to enhance growing business unit (i.e. Apply risk-based quality controls, use better tools / applications available, Project Management skills, and LEAN methodology). Participate in layered review of work product and provide feedback related to work product. Apply technology to ensure successful and timely delivery of work product.
Provides critical control function for plan change requests involving institutional clients of all sizes and complexities. May provide guidance to less experienced staff and / or lead projects. This role interacts with A&O, IR, Operations, product and leadership especially as it pertains to the maintenance of retirement plans and contracted services for our existing clients.
The ability to clearly understand plan documents and related documentation, as well as administrative and record keeping abilities is required.
