Position Overview

  • Work Schedule : Embrace a standard four-day work week for improved work-life balance.
  • Practice Setting : Outpatient-only role with minimal, nurse-triaged call duties (1 : 5 ratio).
  • Onsite Facilities : Benefit from convenient access to lab draw, X-ray, anti-coagulation, dietary, and behavioral health services.
  • Collaborative Environment : Work within a multi-specialty clinic where specialist support is readily available.
  • Patient Load : Manage a moderate caseload of 20-25 patients per day.
  • Technology : Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Clinic Hours : Maintain a regular schedule from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Visa Sponsorship : J1 candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Medical Certification : Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician.
  • Licensing : Obtain an active license in Washington State.
  • Communication Skills : Demonstrate concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and their families.
  • Documentation : Exhibit the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
  • COVID-19 Requirement : Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a mandatory prerequisite for employment. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
