The Physical Therapist contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing assessments and treatments to patients requiring PT services in the home care setting. The Physical Therapist is a resource to field staff in the area of community rehabilitation and individualized rehab needs of patients. The Physical Therapist participates in utilization review, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary conferences of the organization.
