Manager DevOps

We are looking for a hands-on technical Manager of DevOps to lead and grow our DevOps capabilities across one or more product domains. You will manage a small but impactful team, set technical direction, and partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive adoption of modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

This is both a leadership and technical role - you will mentor your team, shape architecture decisions, contribute to technical stories, review code, and actively participate in design discussions to ensure delivery excellence through automation, CI / CD, and cloud-native solutions.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 118,500-$181,700 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
