Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to understand their challenges and implement solutions
Collaborate with Managed Service Tech Leads to design effective solutions
Continuously learn and deepen expertise across the Salesforce platform
Required Qualifications and Education
At least two years of experience implementing Salesforce CPQ
Experience in at least three medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations
Salesforce CPQ Certification and Billing Super Badges strongly preferred
Familiarity with declarative process automations as the platform shifts towards flows
Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Lucidchart
