Job Summary :

We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Manager - Field Support Systems & Strategy to lead critical initiatives that elevate performance, optimize systems, and drive operational excellence across Field Operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who thrives on solving complex problems, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll help shape how we scale, innovate, and execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Champion technology-driven innovation and system improvements across field support
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance, organizational alignment, and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership and functional teams to define goals, prioritize initiatives, and track progress against key objectives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in workflows, systems, and team structures to increase agility and effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, benchmarking, and process optimization.
• Build and lead high-performing teams or cross-functional working groups to deliver key strategic projects.
• Promote strong collaboration and communication across departments to support execution and resolve challenges.
• Ensure operational practices adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
