Housekeeping Aide | Skilled Nursing & Senior Care | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring Housekeeping Aides to ensure our Skilled Nursing and Senior Care community stays clean, comfortable, and home-like. Your dedication to cleanliness and safety will directly support the health and happiness of our residents and staff.

What You’ll Do

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures

Perform housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Change linens, make beds, and keep supplies stocked for resident comfort

Follow infection control and safety standards to support a healthy environment

Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and families while completing daily duties

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus but not required—training provided

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods

Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused attitude
