Material Resource Planner (MRP)

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Material Resource Planner (MRP) to help shape the future of our supply chain operations. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain time-phased material plans based on BOMs, production schedules, and program timelines
- Translate program demand into actionable planned orders and coordinate purchasing activities with Procurement
- Monitor material status and availability across development, qualification, and production phases
- Ensure MRP system data accuracy, including lead times, lot sizes, and reorder points
- Drive resolution of material shortages by working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
- Assess material impacts from configuration changes and design updates
- Identify and escalate risks to material readiness and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with Engineering to validate BOM accuracy, manage part substitutions, and support early material needs
- Contribute to program schedules, burn-down charts, and execution readiness metrics
What You Bring
25 years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or MRP systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision makingExperience in aerospace, defense, medical, or aviation industries preferredFamiliarity with NetSuite, JobBOSS, or similar ERP / MRP systemsUnderstanding of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order coordinationExperience working with electronic materials and regulated environments is a plusWhy This Role Stands Out

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00 / hr.
