A company is looking for an Associate Director, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations, draft reports, and produce actionable findings and recommendations
Facilitate communication during the complaint process and recommend solutions
Monitor complaint tracking processes and advise leadership on investigations and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's or law degree preferred
5-8 years of human resource management experience, particularly in investigations and employee relations
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
General understanding of employment law and commitment to diversity and inclusion
Experience in mediation and conflict management
