• Construction Project Manager About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee landscape and public works construction projects from bid award through completion.
• In this role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You’ll manage teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations — all while ensuring efficiency and profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Key Responsibilities Manage multiple crews and construction projects in alignment with company goals Review project plans, specifications, and budgets for accuracy Set up projects in accounting systems and track financial performance Lead pre-construction meetings and clearly communicate project scope Oversee job progress, schedules, materials, and client updates Manage subcontractors, including scopes, timelines, and payments Resolve technical or on-site issues to avoid delays Monitor KPIs and ensure all work meets company standards Conduct job site inspections and enforce quality control Approve invoices, change orders, and manage purchase schedules Supervise, train, and evaluate field staff Work closely with design / sales teams for accurate project execution Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism Report project delays or budget concerns to leadership What We're Looking For Experience :
