Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Animal Care Attendant to join our team! Our animal care attendants are dedicated to the care and comfort of our patients while providing critical support to the veterinary team and friendly customer service to clients.

In this role, you will focus on patient husbandry and care, general housekeeping including laundry, and assisting the medical team with gentle patient handling and restraint as needed. You will provide meals and walks to boarding patients, administer medication, and monitor for any medical or behavioral concerns while providing detailed documentation about your observations. You’ll also assist throughout the hospital as needed, including unpacking deliveries, restocking supplies, and keeping all areas clean, organized, and well maintained.

This position is ideal for those who are self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time or part-time position with afternoon coverage needed from 3pm to 7pm, and Sundays and Mondays from 7am to 4pm.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Previous kennel or animal care experience is required
  • Fear Free handling experience is preferred
