Job Brief :

The Client's Supply Chain and Logistics Team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics / Operations Specialist to join our team. As the key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and logistics processes, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments across over 150 countries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to address challenges in real-time.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, reviewing purchase orders
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records of shipments, POD, orders, and inventory
  • Address and rectify shipping errors promptly to promote client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with Support for hardware RMAs
  • Coordinate resolutions or shipment or customs clearance delays
  • Managing interactions with distributors and manufacturers to ensure timely fulfillment of RMAs.
  • Tracking hardware failures throughout the process.
  • Review Vendor Invoices and collaborate with finance
  • Work with IT team to ensure all orders are being processed correctly through EDI
  • Work with Data Analyst on monthly KPI metrics
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for sufficiency
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Be available for on-call support during the day when immediate operational needs arise
  • Converse with Sales and Account Managers internally to provide updates and solutions as needed.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or related field, 7+ years
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, trade and regulatory compliance
  • Strong multitasking skills and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and resolve complex or urgent issues under pressure
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce, and Gmail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs
