Listing Agent Opportunity – Learn to Grow with Proven Systems

We’re looking for a state-licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to master listings, strengthen client relationships, and earn rewarding commissions while growing in a results-driven team environment. You’ll learn to prospect, conduct effective listing presentations, and guide clients through each stage of the selling process. Compensation : $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
  • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
  • Lead generation
  • Lead follow up

  • Qualifications :

  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
  • A real estate license required
  • Good communication
  • Sales experience
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office
