Position Summary

As a Project Engineer supporting civil infrastructure projects , you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of work in the field. Working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Quality / Safety personnel, you will ensure that all aspects of project delivery align with LEMOINE's standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

This position is ideal for a motivated and organized individual eager to learn the civil side of construction—including earthwork, utilities, site development, and concrete structures—while growing into future leadership roles within the Infrastructure Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation including submittals, RFIs, daily reports, material logs, and change orders.
• Support Superintendents and Project Managers with field coordination, progress tracking, and subcontractor management.
• Participate in surveying, layout verification, and quality control of civil and sitework activities.
• Help maintain project schedules, procurement tracking, and jobsite logistics.
• Monitor material quantities, deliveries, and cost coding to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with safety teams to uphold LEMOINE's zero-incident culture.
• Take initiative in day-to-day operations, ensuring timely communication between field and office personnel.
• Support project closeout activities , including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation.
