The Marketing Strategist will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support the goals of Program Services, Sales, Client Service, and Innovation / Strategy. They will collaborate with these departments to support Marketing Objective & Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracking performance to measure the success of their initiatives. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison between Marketing and these departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination for successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Create marketing campaigns for assigned departments and divisions

Includes lead generation, retention, and attrition campaigns and coordination of partnership marketing deliverables
