About the role
We're seeking a S ales Executive focu sed on the Secondary School Market to help expand 3rd Mil's reach and impact within school systems nationwide. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success. You'll play a key role in helping elementary, middle, and high schools implement 3rd Mil courses e ffectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve.
As the Secondary Sales Executive, you'll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You'll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.
What you'll do
Reach out to new and existing court customers identified through our CRM (HubSpot)Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with principles, counselors, teachers, and school administratorsPresent, promote, and sell 3rd Mil's programs to prospective secondary school partnersTrack sales activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records within HubSpotEngage in regular professional development to continually improve your performance and product knowledgeWhat you'll bring
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional presence when presenting to court officialsProven relationship management and customer service abilitiesHighly motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational skillsUnderstand CRM processes - HubSpot preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesOpenness to feedback and commitment to continuous learningFamiliarity with or interest in the educational system, public service, or education-related fields (preferred)Performance expectations
Outbound Activity : 30+ calls per day with at least 6 quality connectionsRespond to all emails and inbound calls within 24 hoursComplete all HubSpot tasks by their due dateConsistently meet monthly revenue targets through a consultative selling approachDedicate at least 5 hours per month to professional developmentBenefits
