Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth

Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently

Perform clerical and administrative support duties , including filing, data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping

Monitor visitor logs and enforce facility security policies

Provide customer service support to all departments as needed

Qualifications :

Previous receptionist, front desk, or office assistant experience preferred (healthcare or nursing home experience a plus)

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems)

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic

High school diploma or equivalent required
