Permanent MD / DO – Family Medicine Physician

Location : Greensburg, Indiana

Key Responsibilities :

Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
Conduct wellness visits, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management
Coordinate with specialists and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

Qualifications :

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain
