Responsibilities & Expectations :

IPS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the safety of employees, support the day-to-day operations of the service center, and provide training and mentorship to your direct reports.

• Employe Safety and Development : Maintain a hazard-free environment on the production floor, train and mentor employees, and support their ongoing development.
• Operational Planning and Coordination : Plan, direct, and coordinate labor requirements to support production, including tear-downs, inspections, repairs, and field service jobs.
• Technical Support : Assist with technical training and advise the workforce on motor repair and refurbishment techniques.
• Customer Relations : Coordinate customer visits and communicate technical and scheduling support as needed.
• Quality and Compliance : Support the quality system by editing process documentation and standards. Assist with customer qualifications and resolve quality-related issues.
• Budgeting and Staffing : Create the production operating cost budget, manage the hourly workforce, and track job performance and overtime.
• Facility Management : Coordinate the maintenance of the facility and equipment.
