Position Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with patients during transport
• Completes all transport tasks within assigned timeframes
• Introduces themselves and informs the patient of their transport destination
• Utilizes proper body mechanics for positioning, lifting, turning, and assisting patients with movement
• Accurately checks in and out of the patient transport system, entering the correct pager number when starting a shift.
