Description Clinical Pharmacist, Lubbock The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location : Texas : Lubbock Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Positions specified as “on call / per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies Required Qualifications : PharmD -OR- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire : Texas Pharmacist Registered Preferred Qualifications : Acute care hospital pharmacy experience 1 or more years of equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
