Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls from members regarding billing, payments, and enrollments
Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
Document issues and report overall trends to facilitate service improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
1+ years of experience working in healthcare
Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
