Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting tools and systems

Lead a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and enhance reporting outputs

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in reporting, data operations, or client-facing investment reporting roles

Experience with client portal technologies and alternative investment reporting is preferred

Strong leadership and project management capabilities
