Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation Professional written and verbal communication skills Works well with a team Ability to work independently without instruction This position requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates currently holding licenses or certifications will be highly considered and competitively compensated; however, experience in the industry will be accepted. In addition, the following training / experience is a PLUS but not required : Domestic Water systems Gas piping Grease trap installation and service Sewer lines Can operate the following equipment : trachoe, ditch witch, skid steer, lull, scissor lift, and man lift High School Diploma Three (3) to Five (5) years previous experience Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and Versatility Proficient in computer, text, and email skills May perform other duties as assigned Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening Health Insurance-FMM will pay 50% of the employee's premium 401K Contribution-FMM will match employee contribution up to 3% Optional voluntary benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Company Provided Health Club membership

FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Commercial Plumber position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
Job Summary : This position will be for a job in League City, TX lasting between 8-9 months. They will be responsible for installation of new plumbing systems in both new construction and existing commercial spaces for renovations. Technician will be assigned to multiple locations determined by project schedules and timelines.
