In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is responsible for providing leadership to support daily operations of our in-home and outpatient programs. The Assistant Program Director will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and supporting effective implementation of all in-home and outpatient treatment. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Assistant Program Director will carry their own caseload and work under the guidance of the Program Director.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field
• LMHC or LICSW license in Rhode Island
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience working with children, youth and adolescents providing direct treatment services
• Previous experience working in-home with children, youth, adolescents, and families preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Previous outpatient experience
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
