We are seeking LMFTs / LCSWs to join our team. Adolescent Growth, Inc., is a positive and thriving private mental health facility.

We specialize in working with adolescents 12 to 17 years old affected by chronic medical illness and disabilities. Due to our growing needs, we are seeking LMFTs / LCSW who can work with young adults and older at our residential treatment facilities. Our services include : multidimensional therapy, behavioral therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and multi-family group therapy and education consultation.

Full-time (40 hours / week) with potential to grow

Job Description : We are looking for full-time therapists who are sensitive to the needs of young adults and older and their families with chronic mental illness. As a treatment team, we specialize in working with individuals and their families to achieve homeostasis. As a member of our team, you will need to understand that the focus of our treatment team is to establish balance within each individual's life and their family through mind and body.

Additional responsibilities include :

• Providing psychotherapy services to clients.
• Conduct therapy sessions as appropriate for the client’s treatment plan.
• Maintain client records, clinical notes, log events and progress.
• Coordinate various clinical, psychosocial, or educational activities with clients and their families.
• Need to maintain current licensure.
