We service Residential, Commercial and National Customers As an Operations Manager you are a high-energy individual who is proactive and self-motivated.

You can take the lead, contribute to a great culture, lead a small team and provide exceptional service to our customers.  Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to) :

• Lead a team of other Operations Managers and Truck Team Members managing customer, safety and business activities Train and Coach Truck Team Members  Servicing our customers, by estimating jobs and loading the trucks with your team Driving our 1-800-GOT-JUNK trucks ( No CDL Required ) Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring the satisfaction of customers  Execute ground game marketing activities   Maintaining accurate information related to sales and estimates Offload the truck at transfer stations and landfills Achievement of all operational goals Manage the daily administration responsibilities  To qualify, candidates must possess : Customer relationship experience  A safety mindset  Experience leading and motivating a small team  Planning and organizing  Physical ability to work 8-12 hours per day and load multiple truck loads Outgoing with excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong sales and service skills Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations   1-800-GOT-JUNK? is dedicated to helping its employees realize and fulfill their potential at work and in life.
