A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist the facility management team in service delivery and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall facility management services and address client inquiries
Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs, and create work orders
Monitor vendor performance and assist in training new associates on procedures
Required Qualifications
Experience in facility management or related field
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to manage vendor relationships and service delivery
Familiarity with work order systems and billing procedures
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities management is a plus
