A company is looking for a Workforce Planning and Optimization Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain resource capacity planning models to ensure adequate staffing for forecasted patient volumes
Build analytical tools for workforce planning, including data collection and productivity benchmarking
Design flexible staffing and scheduling models to adapt to demand variability while maintaining high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred
8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations strategy roles
Experience in developing and executing flexible staffing models and scalable workforce strategies
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with BI and WFM tools
Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred
