Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain all community maintenance operations, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident / management requests and work orders.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions.
- Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance program that extends community life and minimizes future repairs.
- Keep the maintenance shop well-organized and properly stocked while complying with safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; provide performance coaching and evaluations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service-request turnaround.
- Participate in on-call emergency support for the community.
Education, Experience & Certifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.Basic computer skills and competency in on-site software functions.Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to move frequently, lift up to 100 lbs, and work in confined spaces.Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours for on-call emergencies.Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and hazardous chemicals.License / Equipment
Must have reliable transportation for on-call duties.Salary Range : $35 per hour to $36 per hour.
Location : Shoreline, WA (or similar; location may vary by property).
