Data Steward Manager Cloud (Hybrid)

Job Description

As Data Steward, Manager, Cloud at Insulet Corporation, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, usability, and governance of data stored and processed in cloud environments. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will manage a team of data analysts or stewards, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality rules, validation checks, and monitoring processes
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex data quality issues, including duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with data owners and custodians to remediate data quality issues at the source
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of data within our cloud environments to include Product Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Ensure adherence to data standards, governance rules, and best practices to maintain data integrity across Cloud objects such as PHI and clinical data fields
• Analyze data flows and business processes impacting cloud records, including automated workflows, system integrations, and manual updates

This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 3x / week; may work remotely other days).
