Bilingual Patient Scheduler – Onsite in Chicago IL (South Loop)
LHH is seeking talented, bilingual call center candidates with fluency in Spanish and experience in healthcare. Our client is needing multiple candidates on a contract-to-hire basis, to assist in their central scheduling department. These positions will start ASAP!
Summary,
Hiring method : Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm
Location : 100% onsite – Chicago – South Loop
Hours : 40 hours / week
Monday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM
Wednesday 8AM-7PM
Thursday 8AM-4PM
Saturday : 8AM-1PM
Responsibilities include,
Taking phone calls from patients in a call center environment
Assisting English or Spanish-speaking patients with appointment scheduling
Verifying insurance and patient demographic information
As needed, assisting front desk staff with patient check-in / check-out
Qualified candidates will possess,
Fluency in English and Spanish languages
1 or more years' of experience in Medical Front Office, Medical Call Center, or related
Nextgen software experience (preferred)
Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality
