Massage Envy Encinitas is looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk Associate to lead (and eventually train) our front desk and membership team. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a supportive and client-focused environment.

We help people feel their best and that includes our team. If you love helping others, thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a knack for sales and service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do :

  • Welcome members and guests and ensure an exceptional front desk experience
  • Guide guests through membership options and help them find what's right for them
  • Support, coach and motivate the front desk team
  • Track membership and sales performance
  • Develop strong relationships with members and guests
  • Help with day-to-day operations, promotions and events
  • Contribute to a calm, professional and wellness-centered vibe

What We're Looking For :

  • 1+ years of sales or member services experience with at least 6 months in team lead role
  • Clear communicator and great with people
  • Organized, dependable and able to multi-task
  • Comfortable talking about wellness and membership benefits
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    • And you must be available to work some evening and weekend shifts.

    Pay & Perks :

  • $17-$19 / hour base pay
