Lectrosonics, Inc. is looking for an Electronics Design Engineer to join our dynamic and talented team. In this role, you will ensure the continued successful operation and enhancement of complex electronic products, including wireless microphone systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems. Work on a variety of projects, from individual circuits to complex electronic equipment, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. You will be contributing to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of professional audio.
Responsibilities
- Creating electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and selecting appropriate components for electronic systems using CAD tools.
- Building and testing prototypes to verify functionality and performance of designs.
- Identifying and resolving design issues and implementing solutions.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and manufacturing engineers, to define project requirements and ensure successful product development.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and manufacturing instructions.
- Ensuring designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Providing technical support during the manufacturing and production phases.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of electronics theory, circuit design, PCB layout, and component selection.Experience with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB design, as well as simulation and analysis software.Experience with RF layout techniques and considerations.Ability to identify and troubleshoot design issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.Effective communication with other team members is necessary.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges.Education and Training
