We seek individuals with expertise in setting up and operating cutting-edge CNC machinery such as Lathes, Swiss Turning, Milling machines, Grinders, and Gear Cutting tools. Responsibilities

Handle and operate up to two machines, ensuring precision fabrication.

Engage in loading, unloading, and initiating the machining cycles.

Inspect and verify the dimensions of finished products.

Adjust tooling to ensure tight tolerance of + / - .0002.

Adhere to production timelines and quality standards.

Expertise & Requirements :

Demonstrable experience with CNC machine setup and operations for precision tasks. We encourage applicants at all experience levels.

Technical flair and a keen interest in machining.

Desirable : Technical Associate Degree or CNC certification for less experienced individuals.

Proficient in fabricating meticulously precise components.

Accustomed to working with minimal tolerances (+ / - .0002).

Blueprint reading proficiency.

Skilled in inspection tool utilization.

Solid foundation in shop math and live tooling.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment.

Fosters a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred : Availability for 2nd shift and occasional Saturday work.

Compensation : $20.00 to $46.00 / hour
