Project Manager – Transportation (Roads)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who loves all things roads and infrastructure — the kind of person who can keep projects (and people!) moving in the right direction. You’ll lead transportation projects from concept to completion, mentor awesome field teams, and build strong partnerships that make a difference in the communities we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage transportation and road construction projects with confidence and creativity.Be the go-to communicator between clients, contractors, and your project team.Guide and mentor field staff — because great leadership builds great teams.Bring your eye for detail to budgets, schedules, and quality checks to keep everything on track.Help grow our client relationships and shape new opportunities for future projects.Oversee (or jump in on) construction layout and survey work when needed.Wrap up projects like a pro — organized, efficient, and on time.What You Bring to the Table
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or something similar (bonus points if you’re licensed).Around 6+ years of experience in transportation or infrastructure work — you know your way around construction services and survey tools.A knack for building trust, solving problems, and leading with empathy.Strong tech skills — you’re comfortable with GIS, CADD, and field testing equipment.The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool (or your sense of humor).You’re authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available.Pay & Perks
