The Media Associate Director will play a pivotal role in driving Clorox's social-first transformation and enterprise media strategy, combining analytical rigor, empathetic collaboration, and bold leadership. This role leads the Paid Social capability with an expected expansion into Holistic Social, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners to influence decisions at the C-Suite and Business Unit levels. As a key member of the Social Accelerator team, the Associate Director will shape Clorox's social-first agenda, leveraging paid, organic, influencer, and creator strategies to connect with consumers in relevant, impactful ways. The role also develops and manages a consumer-obsessed paid media investment strategy, using insights and partnerships to maximize engagement, ROI, and innovation across media platforms.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
Zone A : $153,700 - $309,000
Zone B : $140,900 - $283,300
Zone C : $128,100 - $257,500
