As our full-time Grant Writer, you will manage all aspects of ASAC’s grant activities, including researching, writing, and coordinating proposals for foundations, corporations, and government agencies. You will collaborate with program staff and the finance department to develop concepts, prepare grants, and ensure compliance with funding requirements. In this role, you will also track grant deadlines, manage reporting obligations, and cultivate relationships with funders. This position will be located in Cedar Rapids, IA and includes the potential for a hybrid schedule after six months of successful performance.

Salary and Benefits
The anticipated starting salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of $57,324 to $68,787 annually. However, actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Full-time staff are eligible for a complete benefit package including Health and Dental, Fertility Benefits, FSA, company paid Life / AD&D / Short and Long Term Disability, Voluntary Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Paid Holidays, a 403(b) Retirement plan with a match and a generous Vacation, Personal Time and Sick Leave Plan.
