Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and monitor performance metrics of the team
Ensure compliance with policies and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Assist with escalated calls and support team development within a virtual environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience as a call center supervisor, preferably in healthcare
Experience managing employee performance and coaching to call center metrics
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Experience with support channels such as telephone, email, and chat
High school diploma or equivalent
