The plan is to hire someone for this position who is willing to work in the field with our build crews to gain experience and get your hands dirty until we are ready for you to move into the office as a PM next spring.

Hands-On Leadership Managing Operations

• Manage day-to-day project execution
• Onsite visits with customers / crews
• Coordinate schedules with customers & crews
• Manage expectations and hold crews accountable to meeting them
• Solve problems and keep projects moving smoothly
• Support sales and help hit revenue / profit targets
