As the Prevention Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

• Knowledge of alcohol and substance abuse, family systems and child development related to implementation of prevention programming. Ability to receive on‐going staff development and retain awareness of trends and data related to the culture of alcohol and substance abuse.
• Provide substance abuse prevention counseling services with children and / or their families with children at risk. The school will help identify these students / families.
• Conduct assessments, brief interventions and / or devise service plans delineating the individual / families presenting problems, needs and short / long term goals if case opening is warranted.
• Provide substance abuse intervention services utilizing evidence‐based practices and programs
• Research and implement evidence / research / science ‐based substance abuse prevention programs.

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Minimum Salary : $20.00

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Maximum Salary : $23.00

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Schedule :

Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM
