Job Location : 100% Remote

Job Description : 10 yrs of experience implementing multiple modules of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, HRSD, B2B Workflows Healthcare experience Successfully implemented ServiceNow as the self service tool for employees to use for day to day service management capabilities Experience with improving process and reducing operating cost by implementing workflows Has leveraged ServiceNow as a Knowledge Mgmt capabilities including KCS methodology Full stack technologist who has experience implementing projects with minimal to no dependencies Can be analyst, engineer, tester, PM as needed and can wear multiple hats Experience integrating with other applications like WorkDay, Salesforce and other Payer specific apps Has experience with latest AI capabilities in ServiceNow Extensive hands on experience with development in the ServiceNow framework Best Regards, Sai Surya Teja US IT Recruiter Humac Inc.
