Rigging Production Specialist

ARG Industrial is seeking a full-time Rigging Production Specialist for our Bellingham, WA location . We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be dependable, possess a strong attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality in their work. This position will include fabricating hydraulic and industrial hoses in addition to rigging production.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Branch Management team, the Rigging Production position plays a vital role in the company. The Rigging Production team member is responsible for designing, manufacturing, and inspecting a wide range of rigging products used in lifting, securing, and transporting heavy loads. This specialized position is an expert in rigging techniques, safety standards, and has great attention to detail in order to ensure the production of high-quality and reliable rigging equipment for our customer in various industries. Working closely with the production team, this role contributes to maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting production targets while upholding the company's commitment to safety and quality.

Education

High school diploma, or equivalent evidence of educational proficiency at the high school level.

Experience

Technical or vocational education in rigging, mechanical engineering, or related field is a plus.
