Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a 3rd Shift Quality Inspector in our Cleveland, OH (Twinsburg) facility. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday ( 1 : 00 AM - 8 : 30 AM Monday morning, 11 : 30 PM - 8 : 30 AM Monday night - Friday morning ). Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment to assess product properties
• Interpret product specifications and tolerances on engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure compliance
• Conducts visual inspections to ensure products meet visual appearance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including any non-conformances or deviations from standards
• Understands the SPC data collection system to ensure that the manufacturing processes are in control in producing high quality products
• Collaborate with production and quality teams on root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects, and critical success factors
• Provide flexible support to other areas of the plant as needed
